We price by guest count—not room or date—so you get the right value, staffing, and support. Every quote is customized to your guest count and event needs, whether for a wedding, quinceañera, corporate event, or private celebration.
Your price is determined by how many guests you plan to host. Smaller events cost less, and larger celebrations are priced accordingly.
This approach ensures staffing levels, setup needs, and ballroom use align perfectly with your event size.
The Royal Room and Majestic Room share the same pricing system. The room you select does not change the rate — your guest count does.
You simply choose the ballroom that best fits your vision and your expected number of guests.
Every event includes 8 hours for your celebration, plus all-day access for setup at no additional charge.
You’re never rushed, and your vendors have plenty of time to prepare.
Weekday events are offered at a lower rate, but pricing still follows the guest-count structure.
There is no separate afternoon vs evening pricing — all bookings receive the same 8-hour event rental window.
