Event Services and Amenities

At DFW Celebrations, our experienced staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations at every turn. Our team can provide a full spectrum of event services, amenities, and event planning packages to meet your every need. We give clients the flexibility to choose their vendors if they prefer, or alternatively, we can assist you in one or more of your vendor choices from our list of vetted and preferred vendors. The choice is yours.

Our venue is ideal for wedding receptions, quinceañeras, prom, graduation, family celebrations, corporate events—you name it. For clients who reserve one of our two upscale ballrooms, our banquet hall venue and catering packages can be customized to include the vendors, services, and other amenities you choose.

The Basics (included with all venue packages)

The following services and amenities are provided for any client who rents one of our spectacular event spaces:

  • The beautiful event space you select with customizable décor

  • Chiavari chairs and 60” round banquet tables

  • Linens, including floor length tablecloths in black, white, or beige

  • Matching skirted gift, cake, appetizer, and/or buffet tables

  • Private his and hers dressing rooms

  • Large elegant restrooms with modern décor

  • Commercial prep kitchen with commercial refrigerator and convenient pass-through window

  • Coffee urn and iced tea beverage server

  • Commercial wet bar with commercial ice maker*

  • Margarita machine available for rent*

  • Large Entertainment Stage for DJ or Band**

  • Customized stage backdrop

  • Skirted DJ table

  • Superior sound and PA system with wireless microphones

  • Hologram and slide show projectors

  • Projector and oversized video screens

  • GOBO projector to highlight the event

  • Customizable specialty lighting, with designated dance floor lights

  • Security personnel and security cameras

  • Ample parking and more!

 *Available for use by TABC-licensed bartender and servers to serve alcohol at your Event. We can suggest qualified Bartenders that you can hire, or you are free to choose a TABC-licensed bartender. We supply the coolers and ice. You may bring your own drinks and alcohol.
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, a wet bar and icemaker will be available for beverage service for you and your service team. Bartenders you hire must provide proof of a current TABC license to serve alcohol at our venue.

Further, in any of our event management packages, each venue includes:

*You may hire a Band of your choice or we will be happy to provide recommendations for your review, depending on your choice of package.

Additional services and amenities may be available in party planning packages through DFW Celebrations Banquet Hall. However, you may be interested in hiring other service providers to further enhance your celebration.
