We offer three stunning ballrooms with floor plans that can be customized to fit any theme, mood, or event. Room size varies, and we can accommodate your celebration of 100 to 450 guests. Banquet Hall Packages

DFW Celebrations offers flexible packages because we view every client and every event as unique. Depending on your preference, packages can range from your being 100 percent hands-on, to our team arranging every detail.

At our premier event venues in Irving, we offer clients the option to choose one or all of their vendors at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can assist you in selecting one or more of your vendors from our list of preferred service providers.

Keep in mind, you will need to provide your own beverages and alcohol. If alcohol is served, all bartenders must have a TABC license. You are free to select the TABC-licensed bartender if your choice, or we are happy to help you with your selection.

The Basic Package includes all of the “Basic” amenities listed on our Event Services and Amenities page. This package was designed for clients who prefer to handle everything from A to Z.  Our professional event coordinators will work with you and your selected vendors—including caterers, servers, bartenders, entertainment, photographers, decorators, etc.—to ensure every element you desire can be implemented for your event.

Banquet Hall Reservation Guidelines

If you are interested in booking one of our three elegant ballrooms for your celebratory or business event, we’d love to hear from you! Our modern facility is beautifully decorated, and all ballrooms can be customized to suit the event’s theme and your unique style.

During busy event seasons—summer wedding season, prom/graduation, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve—you may need to reserve your banquet hall up to one year in advance.

For smaller events, especially during the off-season, we typically require less advance notice. Either way, we encourage you to contact us to check availability, even on short notice. Cancelations do occur, so we may be able to accommodate your needs and reserve a banquet hall for your sweet 16, quinceañera, last-minute business meeting, or other special occasion—just ask.

Reservation Deposits and Cancellation Policy

To reserve one of our three upscale banquet room spaces in Irving, we require a deposit toward the room rental fee up front. At the time you pay your deposit, we will work out regular payments for the balance. However, the balance is due no later than one month prior to the event. If you fail to pay the remaining balance by the due date, your reservation may be canceled.

We get it. Unforeseen circumstances and life events happen. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so six months or more in advance without penalty. Requests for cancellation given on short notice may result in the loss of a portion or all monies paid, including your deposit.
